The Engage Service Desk App allows customers to check the status of their help/ticket requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
As an INHS-Engage customer, you already know that you can call or email for the latest status on your help tickets any time, day or night. The Service Desk iOS application gives you one more avenue to get the latest information on your service requests. You now have direct access to our issue tracking database – so you can see the latest activity, submit a new help ticket, or request status updates using your iPhone or iPad.
Maybe you don’t know how to describe that thing plugged into the PC that’s not working, just submit a picture using your iPhone’s camera. We’ll even send you push notifications when your request has been completed or when we’re waiting on additional information from you.
This application is available to INHS-Engage Service Desk customers.
